Apprentice Butcher

We are currently seeking a young, enthusiastic individual to come and join the butchery department to take up an apprenticeship position.
The right candidate should enthuse about local produce, have a good understanding of livestock, have passion for quality meat and find it easy speaking to the general public.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our thriving business with opportunities to learn and move up the ladder as our business grows. Weekend Shop Assistant

Come and work in our lively farm shop assisting on the tills, restocking, cleaning and helping with other general day to day duties. Must be flexible to work on a Saturday or Sunday each week.
