It’s all about exceptional food and people here at Denstone Hall.
It’s local, award winning produce, made and served by a team of people dedicated to quality and tradition is at the heart of what we do.
The family at Denstone Hall have been farming and producing food in the village for generations. Many things have changed over the years, but what we do now (and the values we live by) have changed very little in 100 years.
We want to ensure Denstone Hall is here for our children and the following generations for years to come, and is being farmed by the same principles. So that this is possible we like to make sure everyone involved in our business, lives and works by the same values.
What’s the main thing?
As a business we aim to source and create great food in a stimulating and inspiring environment. We do this by supporting our staff with knowledge and training while working with local food producers in the community, sourcing great produce through sustainable food practices.
What values do we look for in our staff?
Positivity: Choose your very best ‘can-do’ attitude each day. Be open to suggestions, change and help. Support one another and help solve problems together.
Creativity: Use your initiative and creative thinking to seek opportunities and innovate ways to overcome challenges.
