Our highly trained butchers have made a name for themselves, creating award-winning sausages, producing dry cured bacon & beef from Denstone Hall Farm. We source a range of local, free-range pork, lamb, poultry and wild game.

Our butchery service allows any joints to be cut to your requirements. You may also pre-order for your convenience. Almost all of our meat comes from within 30 miles (within Staffordshire and Derbyshire) of the farm shop.
Our separate butchery fridge is dedicated to ready prepared meals including our chicken Royale joints, marinated chicken fillets, stuffed pork tenderloins and beef truffles all helping you eat well and local in less time! You will also find our freshly packed sausages, chicken fillets and diced beef offers for when you’re in a hurry.
