Visiting the café…
New Café Entrance: The entrance to the café is no longer through the farm shop. Access to the café is now via the café garden. Follow the signs around the outside of the gift shop. If you’re not sure just ask the member of the team on the door.
Booking: We are now taking table bookings but this is not essential as we hold back capacity for Walk-ins. To make a booking call on 01889590050 or send an email to email@example.com. Please include your name, contact number, required date, number of guests and preferred time. It may take up to 24 hours for us to respond to an email enquiry so if you are looking to book for the next day, please call. We take bookings for 2 – 14 days in advance but unfortunately can not take same day bookings.
Afternoon tea: Afternoon teas must be pre booked at least one day in advance and are available from 2.30pm daily. Unfortunately we can not take same day bookings for Afternoon tea. There is also no need to contact us beforehand if you have a gift voucher, just present them when paying.
The booking phone line is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm.
Walk-ins: We will also have a large number of tables available for those who haven’t pre-booked. We use a pager system that means you can have a look around the shop if there is a short wait. The pager will buzz when your table is ready.
How long can I stay? To allow us to control how many people we have in the café at any one time we have a 80 minute time limit on tables. This will allow us to manage numbers, provide extra time for cleaning in between sittings and help keep our team and customers safe.
Our Menu: The breakfast menu will be served from 8.30am to 11.45 am, Mon-Sat and 9.30am – 11.45pm Sun, the lunch menu served from 12 pm till 4pm daily, the afternoon tea menu served from 2.30 pm daily.
How do I use my gift voucher? If you have a gift voucher to redeem for afternoon tea, please bring it with you. Just present when paying. Other vouchers are also redeemable in the café and farm shop.
